About Coach Jake Puente

Coach Jake Puente has worked with nearly every demographic, including youth clubs, high school, college, and high-level amateur players. He coached with Houston Dynamo's MLS Academy in their U10-U12 Catalyst teams from 2019-2022 and most recently served as the head coach for the Kalamazoo United Men’s Semi-Pro Arena Team, a 2024 National Finalist.

About Coach Hannah Thompson

Schoolcraft High School graduate currently attending Eastern Michigan University, where she plays as a midfielder.

Hannah earned a spot on the 2022 MAC All-Freshman Team, appearing in all 18 matches and earning starts in 12. She tied for second on the team in points (10) and goals (4) while ranking third in assists (3). Among freshmen in EMU program history, her four goals tied for 23rd, and her 10 points ranked 20th. She was one of only three players on the team with double-digit points for the year.

Will Goodwin-Kelly is a rising junior at Loy Norrix and the Kalamazoo Area Math and Science Center. He played locally for TKO for seven years before transferring to the Midwest United MLS Next Program, where he has played for the last three years.
